The FOAM system's operation is based on four precisely coordinated system components:
Control cabinet
The control cabinet is the heart of the system. This is where all relevant parameters are controlled and monitored.
An integrated proportional doser ensures the precise mixing of water and Pallax Foam to guarantee optimal foam formation.

Foam mixer
In the foam mixer, the pre-mixed solution of water and Pallax Foam is combined with compressed air. This combination creates the stable foam necessary for effective dust binding.
Inside the mixer are specially developed foam-generating elements that ensure the uniform structure and stability of the foam.
The exact mixture ensures voluminous foam and optimal dust suppression.
Foam nozzles
